Obtained from our olive trees grown on the hill Montepalà, from first and cold pressing. We biologically grow all our olive trees according to the EC rule n. 2078 (Programme for the agronomy and enviroments of the region Veneto - Italy).

This precious Balsamic vinegar is obtained through the slow and natural acetic fermentation of carefully selected vintage wines of our own production. The long refinement takes place in fine Barrels. Woodageing gives to this product an extraordinary intense aroma.
