Recioto della Valpolicella DOC classico
This dessert wine has a medium strengh garnet red colour, with a characteristic bouquet of iris and violets,it is delicate to the palate, very strong, warm, velvethy smooth and sweet.
Vineyeard: hilly vineyeard of Bure Alto
Garpe varieties: 75% Corvina, 5% Corvinon, 20% Rondinella.
Wine-making: The above grapes varieties are carefully selected and raisin dried on crates until February. Wine-making takes place during the winter, with a slow fermentation at low temperature.
Ageing: 12 months in slavonian oak barrels.
Alcohol grading: 13,50 %vol.
Serve at: 16 °C.
