Vineyard: hilly vineyeard of Bure Alto.
Garpe varieties: 65% Corvina, 25% Corvinon, 10% Rondinella.
Wine making: Second fermentation on the Amarone skins
Ageing: for 24-30 months in Slavonian oak barrels and tonneaux.
Alcohol grading: 14% vol.
Serve at: 18°C.
