Vineyeard:In the hilly vineyeard of Bure Alto
Grapes varieties:65% Corvina, 25% Corvinon, 10% Rondinella
Wine-making:Second fermentation on the Amarone skins.
Ageing:for 24-30 months in Slavonian oak barrels and tonneaux.
Alcohol grading:14% vol.
Serve at:18°C.
Paring with:Sharp cheeses, meat, grilled meat.
